The Case Memorial Library Commission consists of fourteen members appointed for four-year terms. The chief responsibilities of the Commission are: establish policy, hire and evaluate the administrator, secure adequate funding, monitor finance, create and update a long-range plan for the organization, and adopt key operating policies.

The Library Commission meets on the third Thursday of each month, except August and December, at the Library at 7:30 PM.

Four-year terms - 14 members appointed in accordance with Sec 4 of the Ordinance which became effective on June 16, 1974.
